Our giant oak grove is equally inviting and a great place to picnic and enjoy our cheese boards and estate olive oil tasting as you sip. If you are looking for a special experience, book a private tasting & tour of our vineyards and olive grove. The Nicholson family and their knowledgeable tasting room staff are happy to share their love of wine and enthusiasm for the region with you.
Reservations (90 minutes) are highly recommended. Parties of 9 or more are considered a large group reservation. Children and non-drinkers are included in the reservation count. We ask that all children remain seated and supervised at your table during your visit.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, please respect the following guidelines:
The consumption of alcohol is limited to those who are 21+ years of age. Please have valid identification.
The only alcohol permitted on the premise is Nicholson wine purchased at the time of visit.
Our winery grounds are smoke & vape free. Smoking of any type is not permitted on the grounds. Violators will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Reservations are highly recommended.
Outside food is welcome. If you plan to picnic, please pack your trash.
Large coolers are prohibited.
Tables may be used for a maximum of 90 minutes during your reservation.
For your safety, please do not move furniture.
Children must remain seated and under close parental supervision. Wandering the grounds and climbing equipment is prohibited.
Leashed dogs are welcomed in our Oak Grove and on our patio but must remain with their owner. Owners are responsible for clean-up.
Sports gear and toys (i.e., frisbees, baseballs, footballs) are prohibited.
The vineyards and olive grove surrounding the tasting room are off limits due to the hazards of a working winery. Please enjoy the tasting room, Oak Grove, and patio areas.

Nicholson Vineyards is located in Pleasant Valley, in the Corralitos foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains (4 miles east of Aptos Village). We are approximately 10 miles south of Santa Cruz and 30 miles north of Monterey.
